MARKHAM, ON<\/strong> – The Canada-China Realty Professional Association (CCRPA) will host its 8th Real Estate & Home Show on October 18, 2026, at the Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre. The annual event is set to be its largest edition to date, drawing broad participation from business associations across the Greater Toronto Area.<\/p>\n

A coalition of 12 business and trade organizations, including the Association of Chinese Canadian Builders and Contractors, the Canadian Chinese Construction Association and the Canada-China Enterprise Overseas Service Center, has joined as co-organizers. The collaborative effort reflects an ongoing push within the region’s commercial and real estate networks to build cross-sector partnerships during a period of macroeconomic adjustment.<\/p>\n

To accommodate growing demand, organizers restructured the main exhibition hall, expanding capacity to a record 180 booths. Through shared-booth arrangements, more than 200 enterprises are expected to exhibit. Participating businesses span property development, construction, financial services, legal counsel, interior design and building supplies, alongside more than 30 international real estate firms from North America, Europe and Asia.<\/p>\n

“In a challenging economic environment, creating accessible avenues for professional dialogue and resource sharing remains critical,” the association said in a statement, highlighting the event’s non-profit, community-focused framework.<\/p>\n

The one-day exposition is expected to draw more than 2,000 real estate professionals and industry delegates, along with thousands of members of the public.<\/p>\n
