Organizers reported 235 exhibitors and nearly 10,000 visitors.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7381\" src=\"https:\/\/victoriamedia.ca\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/99A7078-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Held at the Hilton Toronto\/Markham Suites Conference Centre &amp; Spa, the one-day exhibition featured businesses working in real estate, construction, finance, investment, renovation and home furnishings.<\/p>\n<p>The eighth edition of the expo coincided with the 20th anniversary of its organizer, the Canada-China Realty Professional Association (CCRPA).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7334\" src=\"https:\/\/victoriamedia.ca\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/99A6916-Edit-3-1024x299.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"299\" \/><\/p>\n<p>More than 200 guests attended the opening ceremony, including representatives from Canada\u2019s federal, provincial and municipal governments, China\u2019s consulate in Toronto, industry associations and community organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The guest list included MPs Michael Ma and Jean Yip; China\u2019s Acting Consul General in Toronto, Cheng Hongbo; Ontario MPP Aris Babikian; Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti; and Richmond Hill Mayor David West.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association and CCIM\u2019s Central Canada chapter also attended.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7319\" src=\"https:\/\/victoriamedia.ca\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/99A6516-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p>CCRPA president Steven Sun said the exhibition was intended to connect businesses across related industries and give the public an opportunity to learn about property projects, home products and professional services.<\/p>\n<p>Thirteen business associations and industry organizations supported the event, with some arranging group participation by their member companies. Exhibitors included local businesses and companies travelling from overseas.<\/p>\n<p>An afternoon forum examined artificial intelligence and real estate, senior housing, economic trends, property market forecasts and the rental market.
